Dear Hiring Managers/Team,
Hello, I am a Planning Engineer and have recently worked at AL EZ Trading, Transport and Contracting Co. LLC for OQ Construction, E&P project, I prepare project baseline schedules, resource plans, and cash flow forecasts for various oil and gas projects in Oman, using Primavera P6 and MS Project. I am also proficient in TILOS for Linear Infrastructure projects. I report to senior management on the progress and completion of the projects and manage the resources as per site conditions and requirements. I have successfully interfaced with key clients and delivered the Bisat Fire Station Project and the Well pad Locations and Rig Roads Projects in Block 48 and 60.

1. Daily Progress Reporting (Internal + client)
2. Planning and Optimizing Schedules (Including S Curve, Resource Histogram etc. )
3. Interfacing Project team
4. Assigning PMS for Monitoring & Controls
5. Minutes of Meeting for Weekly Progress Review meeting (Client + Internal)
6. Updating Construction Risk Register
7. Delay Analysis, Time and Cost impact assessment
8. Handing over notes for completed Locations.
9. Optimizing Biweekly Look Ahead Plan
10. Interfacing with the Estimation/QS team for VOWD for monthly cash flows.
