One of the leading resort in Salalah, looking for Demi Chef de Partie - Bakery/Pastry with Hotel Background.

Job Description:
As an Experienced Baker, you will play a crucial role in producing our wide range of baked goods. From mixing and preparing doughs to baking and decorating, your expertise will ensure that every product meets our high standards of quality and taste. You'll work closely with our team to innovate and perfect our recipes while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cookies, and cakes according to established recipes and standards.
Measure and mix ingredients accurately, ensuring consistency and quality.
Operate and maintain baking equipment and machinery.
Decorate cakes and pastries creatively to meet customer expectations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients, including custom order consultations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a baker in a Hotel or commercial bakery setting.
Working experiance in Hotel Pasrty kitchen would be prefered
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.
Creative flair for decorating and presentation.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Culinary school certification or relevant training is a plus.
