I am Sathish,Indian nationality from Muscat and Total 7+ years including Oman experience in Site Engineer and interior Fit-out, Wood works, and gypsum works for commericial building and villas as Preparation of BOM/BOQ,Bar Bending Schedule(BBS) for structural elements, Plan and prepared technical drawings & specifications, Calculate cost, time, and labor requirements for the project ,site inspection,plan and schedule for labour and staff,Ensure that all works meet the stipulated quality standards, Monitoring daily progress of sites,Maintained records of labor and resources and ensured construction compliance with the plan,Inspecting and testing the materials prior to their use at site as per sample approved by consultant and Preparing weekly /monthly progress report at Emaar Al Majd Building Construction & Orion International LLC Construction Company – Muscat (Oman).
