About the role:
• Has a natural smile and greets guest upon arrival.
• Responsible for providing the highest level of service to all guests and handling any requests for guest services and facilities by being fully conversant with all Front Office duties including check-ins check-out and daily night audit of the system.
• Attending to all guests in a friendly, professional, efficient manner in order to achieve full guest satisfaction.
• Being able to pass on any guest complaints to management team for necessary action in order to ensure positive feedback is given.
• Carrying out cashiering functions in an accurate and professional manner in order to avoid discrepancies.
• Responsible for inventory to all souvenir items at resort.
• Maintaining files for Guest registration and restaurant & bar daily sales.
• Any duties as requested by the management.

About you:
• Minimum of 2 year experience in a Front office/Receptionist role in any hotels.
• Possess strong computer skills, ideally with knowledge of EZZE & POS system, and be efficient and effective in your daily administration tasks.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be fluent in reading, writing and speaking the English language
• Is organized in their duties
• Good time management skills. Reports for duty on time.
• With pleasing personality
