• Factory Shed has appx built up area of 1250sqm + mezzanine floor 570sqm
we presume construction in year 2014 with structural steel structure and the
periphery of the shed is having blockwork wall upto appx 3m height and
remaining height is covered with insulated profile sheeting with 50mm Thick GI
Sheeting. Roof consists of steel beams and purlins which are covered with
insulated profile sheeting. The height of the shed is appx 6m+. It has partial
mezzanine floor area of 570sqm. The flooring inside the shed has concrete
grade slab / epoxy coated with all associated civil / mep works & foundations
with complete firefighting systems etc. The Shed consists of One Closed space
for segregation of product type as Hygiene Products. The Air-conditioning is
9nos Ductless Mini Split System and Split in the Rooms. The Sanitaryware and
Light Fittings are standard. There also consists small office room at the
entrance and Toilet + Rest/Prayer Room at the rear end. with 4 shutters
