Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as handling reservations and updating guest information.
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
