Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Concrete and Flooring Specialist with expertise in microtopping and micro cement applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing projects involving the application of microtopping and micro cement finishes with precision and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply microtopping and micro cement finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality and durable results.
Prepare surfaces for application, including cleaning, leveling, and priming as necessary.
Mix and apply microtopping and micro cement materials according to manufacturer specifications and project requirements.
Utilize specialized tools and techniques to achieve desired textures, patterns, and finishes.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices throughout all stages of the application process.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Provide expertise and guidance on product selection, surface preparation, and application techniques to clients and colleagues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and handling of materials and equipment.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished surfaces meet industry standards and client expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and innovative techniques related to microtopping and micro cement applications.
Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Concrete and Flooring Specialist, with a focus on microtopping and micro cement applications.
Demonstrated proficiency in surface preparation, mixing, and application of microtopping and micro cement materials.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety practices.
Ability to interpret design plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment, as well as work in various environments (indoor and outdoor).
Certification or training in concrete finishing, decorative concrete, or related fields is a plus.
