-Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to lead fun and engaging activities for a group of children at our summer camp. As an Activity Leader, you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of creative and active programs that captivate and entertain our campers. This is a part-time role, requiring a commitment of 2 hours per day.
-Responsibilities:
Develop and lead exciting and age-appropriate activities for children.
Encourage creativity and active participation among campers.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
Foster a positive and inclusive camp environment.
Collaborate with other staff to coordinate activities and events.
-Qualifications:
Proven experience working with children, preferably in a camp or educational setting.
Creative and energetic personality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a group of children effectively.
Passion for fostering a fun and safe environment for kids.
-Selection Process:
1. Interview: Candidates will be invited to an interview to discuss their experience and suitability for the role.
2. Live Demonstration: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to conduct a live demonstration of an activity with a group of children to showcase their creativity and leadership skills.
